This approach means that most of candidates will come from referrals and recommendations rather than a job board.
As a start-up, Lloyd had a tight budget to work to with no initial resources, meaning that everything had to be achieved on a shoestring. This doesn’t mean to say that corners were cut or that quality was compromised, but that we were very selective with third party expenditure.
I want to build a small and very personal digital recruitment business which focuses hard on delivering outstanding quality coupled with a fun, honest and integrity filled experience for both clients and candidates. This isn’t about re-inventing the wheel, it’s about going back to the basics of what good recruitment is about, namely understanding in real detail what a client wants and coupling that with what a candidate really wants.
